We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size, a store credit with a bonus incentive, or a refund to your original payment method.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop It Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location; once scanned, you can track your return journey back to our warehouse.
